When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. You must not register using a false identity, someone else's details or any information that is misleading or incomplete. x 111 may require you to verify your identity at any stage by submitting copies of a national identity document, utility bill or other supporting documentation.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. Do not share your account access with anyone. x 111 will not be responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where the unauthorised access resulted from your failure to protect your credentials.
x 111 reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified may have withdrawals restricted until verification is complete.
All deposits on x 111 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and selected debit and credit cards. The available deposit methods may vary and x 111 reserves the right to add or remove payment options at any time.
Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant. Bank transfer timings depend on your bank's processing schedule.
x 111 uses your deposit to fund your real-money balance only. The platform does not store your JazzCash PIN, Easypaisa PIN or bank credentials — all payment processing is handled directly through the respective payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. Withdrawals are paid in PKR only. x 111 supports withdrawals to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast-linked accounts and registered bank accounts.
Before your first withdrawal is processed, your account must be fully verified. This means x 111 must have confirmed your identity, age and the ownership of the payment method you are withdrawing to. This is a standard process and is completed once — subsequent withdrawals on a verified account process without additional checks in normal circumstances.
Important: Withdrawals to payment methods not registered in your own name will not be processed. Using a third party's JazzCash or Easypaisa number is a breach of these Terms.

In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.
Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the promotion) must be wagered before the resulting balance can be withdrawn. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using arbitrage strategies to clear wagering at zero risk, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner not intended by x 111 — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
x 111 offers sports betting markets across Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, football, esports and other sports. All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled except in circumstances described below.
Bet Settlement: Bets are settled according to official results as declared by the relevant governing body. For Cricket and PSL, results are based on the official scorecard. In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced or postponed, bets will be settled according to the applicable rule set for that market, which is displayed on the bet slip or market page.
x 111 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual player at any time without providing a reason for doing so.
The x 111 casino section includes live casino tables (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette), slots and crash games. All casino games are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) software or live dealer feeds from established game providers. Game outcomes are determined at the point of play and cannot be influenced by x 111 or the player after a round has been initiated.
